Dick and Russ saved us today with an emergency rear shifter cable replacement. We have been biking across America and had ridden 3500 miles with only 350 to go when the cable snapped. Dick has been swamped. But he fit us in anyway. I’m so grateful to Dick and Russ for saving us today. It’s our only transportation home.
