Touring Buffalo to Manhattan with wheels mile zero Thursday, June 18, 2026. Looking forward to the tailwind before making the turn to the Battery. Starting Thursday at sunrise, breakfast spot suggestions within first 10 miles? Must stop for a pint locations between Lockport and Albany? Many thanks!

Would not know the answer to your questions with one exception: It's a bit off your direct line of travel but the Genesee Brew House in Rochester is worth a visit if you have that kind of time in your schedule. Can be reached mostly on bike paths from where the trail crosses the Genesee River. https://www.geneseebeer.com/brewhouse/
