Would not know the answer to your questions with one exception: It's a bit off your direct line of travel but the Genesee Brew House in Rochester is worth a visit if you have that kind of time in your schedule. Can be reached mostly on bike paths from where the trail crosses the Genesee River. https://www.geneseebeer.com/brewhouse/
