This 62yo male is very excited to make Erie my first overnight trip!

Please let me know of any good Erie Canal pre-printed color bike trail maps that I can order. I did a little searching on the forum and came up empty.

I am planning on riding the trail this fall on my trusty Surly LHT and staying overnight in cheap hotels/motels. As a second request, plz suggest places for me to find a bed for overnights.

I’m a bit older than you…let’s say 78!, but I found this book super helpful. “How to Ride the Erie Canal Trail in Style.” By Jim Schnaars. Not expensive on Amazon and it’s just what you’ll need.
