I only know of one site with electric and that's in Waterford 12 miles from albany. site also has water and showers

Camped at Whispering Winds numerous times. Yes, the sites have regular electric outlets and water spigots. Code for door to restrooms and showers. See their website. Reserve site. We usually arrive after the office is closed.
