Out for a ride east from Fairport to about as far as Macedon. At Yellow Mills Road there's a detour to Rt. 31. This is a busy road with big trucks. The detour seems to have been in place for years. Why? When will that part of the trail reopen? How long is the detour?
As a side note, we turned around at that point after having lunch at the Yellow Mills Diner, very close to the trail. It's standard diner fare and did the job.
