Does anyone know where I can find a map that shows where you have to share the road with motorized vehicles? The maps from back home are color coded for the type of road to show paved paths, gravel, shared with vehicles, etc. The website says 13%, but I’d like to know where that is so I can check it out ahead of time. I’m from Portland, Oregon, where cars seem friendlier to cyclists. Here it feels like every road ride is a ride for my life. Thanks!

Google PTNY Erie Map and then open their interactive map. Gray is road.

Can anyone comment on the safety of riding along Hwy 31 between Port Byron and Brown Rd near Lock 26. Seems a long way to be a road and that is the Empire Trail.
