We are headed from Rome to st johnsville tomorrow. I saw discussion about loose gravel. What is the current situation surface near Herkimer Monument. Thanks.

Pam! So what was your experience? Is it fixed or just too much loose gravel like I had experienced in June? It was pretty sucky, but I made it through.

There were sections east of the Herkimer monument that were soft, but not problem going through with 1 1/2" tires.
