Starting at Niagara Falls, going to Albany

Planning on starting at Niagara Falls instead of Buffalo. Would like sny information on the trail/road from Niagara Falls to Tonawanda, especially where we pick up the ECT.

Check your email, I just sent the Botzman page but it's Niagara Falls Ontario... he mentioned NYS Bike Route 5. That might be more helpful.
