Status of the Erie Canal Services

Does anyone know if the restrooms or the campgrounds along the canal are open? I didn't see any "official" Erie Canal status info on this site of the NYSP web site.

Officially, not open in state areas but most tiwn & village parks are ooen and facilities are unlocked. Besides... there are many places to stop -- namely gas stations and restaurants now open to outside dining have open restrooms. Im on day four --> no issues at all.
